Je deteste ma prof de français.

I have a great love for French; as a culture, as a language and a cuisine and even as a location. But this year my professor for French is really bothering me. She is so all over the place. It's making it incredibly difficult to go at the course with the same amount of enthusiasm that I usually do. Her syllabus if flawed and she is constantly updating it by email last minute. SHe will cancel class informally and last minute.

I mean, I have already gone through this particular course in French, actually, I should be in French literature but going over a language from the beginning should reinforce what you already know but her lectures are all over the place. She has a reach that is well beyond what she is clearly capable of. SHe never responds back to my emails and bombards my inbox with useless crap about french club and organizations that I am not a part of and don't care about. Receiving this SPAM at 6AM is the most irritating thing I can think of. She changes the due date to things via email and sometimes I check my email but sometimes I don't and I have to catch all of it up at the very end.

It's EXTREMELY unnerving. Keeping my composure in class is becoming an extracurricular in itself. She knows that I am well over advanced for this course and always expects me to be participating in class or helping others in my class who are struggling but that isn't my job. If she weren't coming up short every where else, I'd be fine with helping but I feel as if I am picking up her slack. On top of all that, she expects us to go to a tutor for 30 minutes every week and I haven't gone. There is no reason to go see another French student to help me with what is likened to elementary work for me. I went one time for 10 minutes and just stared at the girl. She was jus another student and I didn't need any help with anything so what am I supposed to do for 30 minutes. We were on the same level of speaking and my vocabulary was proficient enough to hold a conversation with her in french for ten minutes straight. What do I do?! I know I'm not the only one upset with her currently but at some point I need to figure out what I am going to do about her shortcoming.

Her office hours are an inconvenience to me and she is like avoiding my emails like the plague so I have no idea what to do at this point in the game. But it's messing with my grade and I won't hold my tongue for much longer.
