Money
Money is starting to become an issue for me. I've been sitting on a huge chunk of savings for about 2 years (with jobs in between), but now it's beginning to dwindle. It is a big realization when you go from having a lot of money to being broke. I used to be able to turn to my dad when I needed money, and that was usually only for gas or something little before I started working, but he's been out of a job for about 8 months. Before he lost his job he was fairly well-off and just moved from Arkansas, where he quit his last job after 25 years, to be with family. The only income he has now is by selling stock, which he did to pay for my tuition. After he saw that my school is all paid for and I had all of my books, he left and went back to Arkansas for 2 months to see his girlfriend. I have to pick him up on the 19th at the airport in Austin. I can always go out and get a job, but it's hard to find one that pays good for part-time. So I should probably look harder, and at least find a job I will enjoy even if the pay isn't ideal. I'm thinking about hitting up Bill Gates for a few bucks.
