Transportation
For three and a half weeks I was without my car. Most of the days I would borrow my mom's car and park it at a friends house close to campus and walk to my classes. The other days that I didn't borrow my mom's car, my wonderful girlfriend dropped me off right next to my classes and would pick me up in the Gumby's parking lot. So what happened to my car? It was in a shop getting painted. My car was 4 different colors; red, black, blue, and silver. I ended up deciding on straight black and I am happy I did, it goes so well with the body style. Yesterday was the day I got it back and I felt weird driving it because it's a standard and I had gotten used to driving an automatic. Now that I'm driving around again I feel like I'm being overly cautious and scared of scratching the paint on anything, such as grass.
